Note
There are two other title editions of this work, one with 1667 in the imprint and one with 1668 in the imprint
Title page of Dutch version: 'De sinne-beelden der wereldtsche liefde'
As he explains in the foreword (f. π2 and f. 2π2), Franciscus I Foppens bought the remaining stock from the heirs of Otto Venius. He removed the original first gathering and added two gatherings π and 2π with the title page and foreword in French in gathering π and in Dutch in gathering 2π. The rest of the original edition remained unaltered, including the colophon on f. 2H4 verso
